This 75-minute class is designed to offer the benefits of BOTH indoor cycling and our Figure Method. You'll spend the first 45 minutes raising your heart rate and burning calories on the bike. For the remaining 30 minutes, you'll use light hand-weights to define, sculpt, and tone the upper body... then finish with Pilates-based abdominal work and a series of therapeutic stretches.
Our indoor cycling program combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching from the best instructors in the business. This highly aerobic endurance activity can burn up to 800 calories! Spinning offers many of the same benefits as running but because it is a non-impact activity, it is gentler on the body than most other aerobic exercises.
A heart rate monitor can help you ride at your optimum pace and then recover properly. Our heart rate class is designed around the use of your heart rate monitor* to ensure that you are maximizing your exercise time to lose weight or build your fitness level.
* Heart rate monitors are available for purchase in the Go Figure boutique. Heart rate monitors are not mandatory for class participation.
- You may reserve a bike up to 48 hours in advance only if you have a pre-purchased course.

- Clients will be charged if their reservation is not cancelled and they do not show.
- All unclaimed previously reserved bikes will be released 10 minutes after class begins for wait listed clients.
